Connecting Organisations with First Nations Creative and Cul

We support organisations to engage First Nations talent and creative professionals in meaningful, ethical, and well-supported ways.

With experience organising talent for music projects, cultural capability training, and creative engagements, we work to ensure First Nations people are paid fairly, respected properly, and supported to share their knowledge and creative expression on their own terms.

What we do

We organise and manage First Nations talent for a wide range of opportunities, including:

  • Cultural capability and awareness training
  • Music and performance engagements
  • Creative workshops and storytelling
  • Speaking and yarning sessions
  • Arts-based community and corporate projects
  • Collaborations for campaigns, events, and programs

We handle the coordination so that both the organisation and the talent feel confident, prepared, and supported throughout the process.

Our approach

Our talent booking work is guided by the following principles:

  • First Nations-led – prioritising First Nations voices, leadership, and decision-making
  • Fair pay and clear agreements – no unpaid labour or vague expectations
  • Cultural safety – supporting talent before, during, and after engagements
  • Right-fit matchmaking – aligning the right people with the right opportunity at the right time
  • Long-term relationships – not one-off “tick-the-box” or tokenistic engagements
