I’m Will Pawa‑Oui, a Cultural Creative Producer & Strategist and the founder of Pawa Haus Creative. I work at the intersection of music, media, and community—building culturally safe, sustainable pathways for First Nations and BIPOC creatives, and for the organisations that work alongside them.
I’m proud of my Torres Strait Islander and German heritage and grounded in LGBTQIA+ advocacy. My lived experience of growing up “outside the box” has shaped how I lead and how I work. I believe culture is not an add‑on or aesthetic—it is knowledge, responsibility, and practice.
Through Pawa Haus Creative, I produce and curate cultural events, manage and support artists, play a keys and bass, I'm an emerging songwriter and producer, I also design and deliver education and training programs, and shape partnerships that centre culture, community, and wellbeing. My approach blends creative leadership with commercial clarity—ensuring projects are not only meaningful, but delivered with care, rigour, and sustainability.
My work is informed by over a decade across wellbeing and community services, which means I understand the importance of safety, trust, and systems that actually support people. Whether I’m working with an emerging artist, any organisation, my role is to hold culture, people, and process at the same time.
Pawa Haus Creative exists to uplift our communities, strengthen creative futures, and ensure culture is led with integrity—always.
Culture first. Community always. Creativity with purpose.

Pawa - The surname of my husband, the surname I now share, my biggest supporter. Representing the significance of family, community and cultures coming together.
Haus - German for 'house' and a nod to my German heritage that combines with my Torres Strait Islander heritage to define my identity. Identity being a core value of the business.
Creative - the expression of self without boundaries through any medium. A tool that allows us to connect, to thrive, to remember the past, to appreciate the present and to dream of the future.

At Pawa Hause Creative, our vision is a creative industries landscape where culture leads, community is centred, and First Nations and BIPOC creatives are empowered to thrive on their own terms—artistically, culturally, and economically.

We lead and support creative work that centres culture, community, and wellbeing—producing live cultural experiences, managing and supporting artists, designing and delivering education programs, and shaping partnerships that honour culture as knowledge and deliver sustainable outcomes.
