Pawa Haus Creative is a First Nations led business in (so called) Australia that is led by Will Pawa-Oui, who has a Torres Strait Islander and German heritage and living and creating on Kombumerri Country of the Gold Coast, QLD.
He is passionate about supporting BIPOC (Bla(c)k, Indigenous, People of Colour) Creatives within the music industry.
As someone who has lived 'outside the box' his whole life, he has a story to tell and lessons to share. He aims to do this by sharing his personal and professional experience as an educator, a musician, an artist manager, a mental health advocate someone who has worked in community and government in the welfare sector.
Will says 'I started my own business because I want to support my mob, my family, my community through self-determination and I want to lead with culture and community values first!'
